Getting There
Leave the M3 at Junction 13 and turn right (North and Southbound) on the A335 signed Eastleigh.
Continue straight, passing a large church on the left hand side.
At the first roundabout take the 3rd exit signed B3037 Bishopstone.
At the mini-roundabout go straight on and park in the Pay and Display car park on the left hand side.
Return to M3 Junction 13
Turn right out of the car park and go straight on at the mini-roundabout.
At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit signed Winchester, A335.
Continue on the A335 and turn left where signed to rejoin the M3 northbound or southbound.
Itchen Way
From the car park walk away from the road, past the dog poo bin, into the woods and turn left on reaching the River Itchen.
This is a very simple walk to describe, as you simply walk on the clear path with the river on the right hand side until deciding to turn round, and then return with the river on the left hand side.
Facilities
P&D car park. There is a Lidl supermarket on the 1st roundabout if picnic supplies are needed.
Dog poo bin.
