Getting There
Leave the M20 at Junction 4, signed West Malling, Rochester.
At the roundabout take the 1st exit to the A228, signed Tonbridge.
At the traffic lights turn right onto the A20, signed West Malling.
At the roundabout take the 1st exit left, signed West Malling.
Go through West Malling town centre and the entrance to the country park is on the left hand side.
Return to M20 Junction 4
Turn right out of the park to go through West Malling town centre.
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit, signed A20 Maidstone.
At the traffic lights, turn left onto the A228, signed Rochester.
Turn left to stay on the A228.
Rejoin the M20 at the next roundabout.
Manor Park Country Park
Length of walk – 35 minutes or longer
The paths in this doggy desirable country park are easy to walk, and there is one marked footpath, through copses of trees with a wide grassy area.
There is a tremendous feeling of space in this former aristo-park, and the lake is very cooling.
Look out for the rare breed cattle that graze here and as it is a Site of Nature Conservation Interest you may get to spot some less familiar birds and plants too.
Facilities
Pay&Display car park £1.00, closes dusk. WC, small café, children's play area. Informative map and information board. Dog poo bins throughout park.
