Getting There

Leaving the M25 at Junction 6 take the A22 signed East Grinstead, Westbound 1st exit, Eastbound 3rd exit.
At the roundabout take the 1st exit, signed Oxted, Westerham A25.
Take the 1st left (unsigned) into Tandridge Hill Lane.
The road crosses the motorway and becomes a single track road with passing places.
At the T-junction, turn left and a small off-road parking area is immediately on your right.
Return to M25 Junction 6
Turn your car around and turn right to drive back down the single track road.
Cross over the motorway and turn right at the T-junction to drive along the A25.
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit, signed London and drive along the A22 until you reach the motorway roundabout.
Marden Park
Length of walk: approx 45 minutes, but easily longer if you dawdle.
Marden Park is now owned and maintained by the Woodland Trust.
The North Downs Way runs through the wood, but for a shorter stroll, take any path from the parking area leading downhill through the woods and you will soon reach a lush grassy meadow.
The paths here are easy to follow, and the birdsong and wildlife rustlings in this unspoiled wood is a delight.
Interestingly, Marden Park was once owned by the conductor Sir Adrian Boult and it doesn't seem too far-fetched to imagine him conducting an imaginary orchestra in the trees.
Facilities

None at Marden Park.
The Nags End garden centre on the A20 has a café and WC.
