Map of M27 Junction 7 Walk

There's plenty of choice here to satisfy the needs of dog walkers with five marked trails starting from the visitor centre.

The obvious choice is the Paw Trail, a route made specifically for dog walkers. This is a 30 minute walk on a leafy, well-maintained path that includes a large open area that's perfect for doggy ball games.

Disabled Facilities

This place is 'Five Star' for the disabled. There is a myriad of pathways through the woodland, and gravel paths around much of the huge open green spaces, all in excellent condition.

Just a great place to be in, and feel normal, able almost to go wherever everybody else can.

The Loo is modern, bright, spacious and clean. The picnic areas are paved and have plentiful seating.

My dogs just loved this, for the green spaces where they could gallop, and for the excitement of the woodland scents. It deserves a visit of a few hours at least!!
