Walk
There are trails in the park and, for a longer walk, there's the Ingrebourne Valley Greenway which links Gaynes, Hacton and Suttons Parkways, with a path going beside the River Ingrebourne. It's a good approach from Upminster Bridge and Hacton Bridge.
