A small, warm and welcoming local pub with stone flagstones and roaring fires. After a day of walking in horizontal February sleet a visit here was the highlight of the day!

Fresh home cooked food using locally sourced products. There are bar meals as well as a larger menu. Specials are seasonal, and there is a Sunday roast.

Dog Rules

Dogs are welcome in the bar and beer garden. Dog water provided.

Walks

Turn left out of the pub and right onto Sea Lane. Follow the lane to the end (it quickly becomes quite narrow). Walk directly over the golf course to arrive at a fabulous dog-friendly beach.

Embleton is on the B1339 north of Craster. From the B1339 in Embleton, turn onto Front Street, then right onto Stanley Terrace. The Greys Inn is on the right. Park on the kerbside.
