Walks

Follow the road down to the canal, cross over the bridge and turn right onto the towpath and continue ahead. This is a delightful stretch of the Oxford Canal and if you're feeling fit it's a five mile walk all the way to Banbury. This is the best route as the towpath is well-maintained throughout. If you decide to walk in the other direction, then the towpath has eroded in some places so more care is needed.

Directions

From the A423 north of Banbury, take the turning for Cropredy. Continue following the signs for Cropredy and the Brasenose Arms will be on the right in the middle of the village.
