Monsal Head is one of iconic beauty spots of the White Peak - and Fido will get a good welcome from the  cafe at the viewpoint overlooking the dale.  For walking, the beautifully maintained Monsal Trail is 'dogs on leads' only, and this is understandable as their are so many cyclists on the route.  If your dog is a happy lead walker, then this is a pleasant and popular stroll.
