What makes this property extra special is its  private beach only seconds walk from your doorstep! It also has a public beach just 4 minutes walk away. The property boasts excellent sea views also a balcony from where you can enjoy wonderful views of Roney Point, the coastline and surrounding countryside. 

Inside, there are 2 large sitting rooms both with open fireplaces, one with sea views, 50 inch TV, DVD and games console with a sliding door leading onto the balcony. The 2nd sitting room offers excellent views of the private gardens with sliding doors leading onto the decked area.

Amenities within the development include children's playground with swing, slides and more, coastal walks onsite, putting green, all weather tennis courts, sailing. All of the above amenities provide wonderful panoramic sea and beach views.
Riverchapel is an excellent base for touring the southeast, but with so much to do on your doorstep, you might have to make another trip. Within the development there are 2 tennis courts, football pitch and picnic area all with amazing views of the sea and the beach. There is also a putting green.
