This is a unique holiday opportunity to stay on a spacious houseboat on the edge of the River Severn, in open countryside on the outskirts of the city of Gloucester.

The houseboat is on a dry mooring, although occasionally it is afloat for short periods during the winter months. It offers a grandstand view of the famous Severn Bore, which occurs monthly, from the open deck or from the shelter of the wheelhouse.

The long distance Severn Vale river bank walk passes the houseboat and there are numerous other walking opportunities nearby.
