This cosy converted, detached barn is very conveniently located for exploring the Vale of Evesham and Shakespeare country. It is also within easy driving distance of the NEC at Birmingham.

The cottage is situated in a quiet lane on the edge of a small village, and it overlooks an attractive garden with trampoline and childrens play equipment. The décor is pleasing and contemporary. There are footpaths nearby and springtime visitors can enjoy the splendid Blossom Trail around the extensive orchards.

Visit the Royal Worcester porcelain factory, the Shakespeare houses around Stratford or some of the pretty market towns of the north Cotswolds.

Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 1 mile.

Ground floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Shower room with toilet.

Gas CH, elec, bed linen and towels inc. Video. M/wave. W/machine. Lawned garden with patio. Parking (1 car). No smoking. NB: There is an unfenced shallow brook at the bottom of the garden.
