Set on the owner’s goat cheese farm, where you can buy the delicious cheese, this cosy holiday home adjoins the owner’s house. There is a glass fronted fire in the lounge and table tennis for guests’ use.

Visit the lovely pottery town of Desvres with its weekly Tuesday market or spend the day at St. Omer with restaurants, pretty squares and good shopping.

The beaches of the Côte d’Opale are 32km with vast sandy beaches and chic resorts such as Le Touquet. This region is popular with cyclists and walkers or just enjoy the quiet of the countryside. Meals available upon reservation.

Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room, bathroom with separate shower and basin, separate toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double plus single bed, 1 double plus twin beds. Mezzanine: 1 single bed.

Electric heating, open fire in lounge (fuel at cost), power by meter reading at end of stay, all other fuel included in rent, cot, highchair, colour TV (French channels only), washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, shared lawned garden, patio, shared courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Pets welcome. NB: Turning stairs to first floor.
