This large and spacious traditional terraced holiday house is full of character and has an enclosed rear garden. It lies in the heart of a small village which is steeped in history from the medieval period to the more recent conflicts of the 20th century.

In the woods surrounding the area it is claimed that J.R.R. Tolkien got the inspiration for Lord of the Rings. Amiens is 34km, famous for its 13th century cathedral built by the Knights Templar and housing medieval and baroque ecclesiastical art.

The Hortillonages (an ensemble of island flower and vegetable gardens) can also be visited here.

Shop on site, café/bars and restaurants 12km.

Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom with shower over ½ bath and basin, separate toilet. First floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 plus double bed.

Central heating, all fuel and power included in rent, cot, colour TV, video, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, private enclosed lawned garden, barbecue, off road parking for 1 car. Pets welcome. NB: Uneven garden surface.
