With a sitting out area at the front by the beck, and an enclosed courtyard garden at the rear, this semi-detached 19th century holiday cottage is ideal for a relaxing holiday. With the sound of the tumbling waterfall nearby, you can unwind and enjoy the unspoilt countryside.

The Mardale Inn, just 100 yards away, offers real ale and home cooked food and there is a children’s playground and recreational fields 600 yards away. Walkers can enjoy rambles direct from the door, or more strenuous hikes on the fells around picturesque Haweswater and Ullswater.

With Pooley Bridge just 10 minutes away by car, and the lively market town of Penrith just 15 minutes away, this is a lovely base from which to explore at your leisure.

Shop 20 yards, pub and restaurant 100 yards.
