A terraced Cornish holiday cottage with character features and thoughtful interior design leading to its long semi tropical garden. Exposed stone walls in the living room to the open beams in the dining room with bonnet ceiling and individual furnishings.

Situated in the village of St Day, close to local shops but also in the historic heritage mining area with the Bissoe Trail nearby, a cycle and walking route from north to south coast together with interesting footpaths and walks.

The north coast is a short drive to the beaches of Portreath and Porthtowan, or you can explore the many gardens such as Trebah where you can walk to the Helford river.

Shop 20 yards, pub and restaurant 40 yards.

Ground floor: Living room. Dining room with beams. Kitchen. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. First floor: 3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 single.

Multi-fuel stove inc. Elec, bed linen and towels inc. Video. DVD and small library. CD. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. T/dryer. Freezer. Garden with patio and furniture. Portable BBQ. Parking (1 car). No smoking. NB: There is a raised, covered pond in the garden.
