Description

Shingle and rock beach, with a steep climb down the cliffs to get there. Dogs are allowed all year round.

Ansteys Cove is looked after by the Torbay Coast & Countryside Trust, and it's surrounded by woodland. There's access to a coastal path too.

The car park is at the start of the long downhill climb, and can also be used as the start point for the clifftop walk to Hopes Nose.

The car park is on the Anstey Cove Road section of the Babbacombe Road. The path down to the beach starts from the car park.
