Description

Surrounded by open farmland on every side, with red kites and buzzards circling above and with views of the enchanting Preseli Hills to the west, this holiday property is close to so much in West Wales. Fron Isaf Cottages nestle within the owner’s grounds and have been thoughtfully converted from an old slate and stone barn, to offer cosy holiday accommodation. In truly picturesque surroundings guests can unwind in the mature cottage gardens or take a dip in the heated indoor swimming pool, or perhaps would prefer to relax in the sauna or Jacuzzi.
Ideally situated to explore the delights that both the coast and countryside have to offer. Narberth, with its wonderful shopping opportunities is the nearest town. Excellent walking and outdoor activities are plentiful. Horse riding, golfing, fishing, sailing and cycling can all be found in the area or along the coastline. To the north the dramatic Cardigan coastline offers beautiful bays, sandy beaches and market towns. The medieval town of Newport and beach is a short drive, with its long golden stretch of sand.
To the west, take in some of the breathtaking scenery of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Day trips to Ireland on the day ferry are available in high season from Fishguard.
Visit St Davids, the country’s smallest city with its well renowned cathedral. To the south more stunning beaches at Tenby and Saundersfoot.
Folly Farm, Blue Lagoon Water Park and Oakwood Adventure Theme Park make for great family days out. There are many Welsh castles to explore and places of historical interest.
The National Botanical Gardens of Wales and Aberglasney Gardens are also within reasonable driving distance. Shops 3½ miles, family friendly pub 1 mile.
