The property is located in a little hamlet near the great shopping area of Le Neubourg, well known for its food stores and open country market. 6km away discover the medieval castle of Champ de Bataille, 12km is the 11th century abbey of Le Bec-Helouin or 35km away are historical ruins with a cathedral and medieval part.

At the same distance Evreux also has a cathedral and there is the large forest of Brotonne along the Seine river.
