This semi-detached holiday cottage is set beside the owners’ home in a rural village on the Norfolk coast, adjacent to the Royal Sandringham Estate. Extensive beach, woodland and countryside walks are available, many direct from the front door. Sandringham Country Park is 40 minutes easy walk. Beach and RSPB bird reserve 21/2 miles. Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path, 10 minutes drive. Hunstanton with its striped cliffs and dunes is 7 miles. Golf, riding and fishing are available locally. Shop 150 yards, pub 1 mile.
