Description

A locals beach a couple of miles along the promenade from Blackpool Tower and Piers. Dog friendly all year round but subject to tides (sea comes right up to sea wall at high tide). Beach is below a large cliff, access via lots of steps. There are upper and lower promenades.

GPS coords for beach access: 53.8497, -3.0541 On road parking (in side streets), Bispham arcade and cafe. On the main tram route from Blackpool to Cleveleys. When the tide is in you still have two great promenades suitable for walking, cycling or wheelchairs.
