Dog-friendly B&B rooms. Large beer garden for summer, massively thick walls and fire in winter.
Walk
From pub car park turn right, onto road (very quiet), at road junction turn right and follow straight until it becomes a track, straight on and after 300 odd meters taken footpath on left. Follow along side a stream through two fields and into wooded area. When path meets the river next to stone bridge turn left and follow bridle path which zig-zags up hill to open moorland, follow track long to road and turn left and follow road back to the pub.
