Kelburn dog walk

M8 travelling west from Glasgow after end of motorway at junction 31 continue on A8 for 5 miles through Langbank to Woodhall Roundabout at Port Glasgow. Take 3rd exit Kelburn Park/Parklea, at junction turn left and before going under main road turn l#roght into park, there are several areas for parking. Walk west to find start of boardwalk along river bank and follow until reaching Newark Castle. There are eating places and toilets in nearby town centre. Return by same route
