GPS coords for car park: 51.5571, -4.1623  WCs (no disabled access). Beach cafe has a Michelin star (really) and behind the beach there's an ice cream parlour and fish and chip shop.  Hotel at the end of the beach is dog-friendly and welcomes non-residents for breakfasts, and meals in the summer season.

The bay stretches for miles, so its great for walking

What3words: ///arriving.protrude.balconies will take you to the entrance. All-day and cheaper afternoon charges (£7 and £4 at present). Opposite the entrance is The Dunes Gift Shop, which allows dogs inside and out

As well as beach goods, gifts and general groceries, they cook breakfasts and lunches, and also have a range of ice cream scoop flavours (and even doggie ice cream tubs). Finally, the beach is owned by Penrice Castle Estate - if you stay in one of their cottages you get a free pass for beach parking.
