A transformed colliery site that is great for dog walks. Already it's hard to imagine how this green space would have looked. A lot of hard work has gone into reclaiming the land for nature lovers and nearly all traces of industry are now vanished completely.

The garden centre is worth a look too.  Steam Museum at the garden centre, steam days vary.
