Description

Stop and take a breather here, with a viewfest across Cheshire and to the Peak District. It's a fabulous place to walk the dog. Pick your day carefully for best results. The strange shapes here, and the local legends, inspired Alan Garner to write the brilliant Weirdstone of Brisingamen

Full Walk Details

As well as the obvious route to the viewpoint at the top of this natural sandstone cliff, there's good dog walking to be had in the woodland.  Walks leaflets are available on-site, and there's a useful 2 mile route to Hare Hill for which dogs can be mostly off-lead.
