Description

A dog walk with a very impressive view.  On a clear day you can see as far as Long Mynd and the Wrekin, the Peak District to the north, and even the Beacon Hill in Loughborough to the east.

Amazing factoid - if you're standing on the top, there's nothing higher than you until you get to the Urals in Russia!

Full Walk Details

Follow the path from the car park to the top of the Beacon.  There are two hills, one is topped by a much vandalised war memorial (although plans are underway to restore it, again) and the other is a covered reservoir.

There are flattish path sections too.
