A fine forest walk in the footsteps of the Game of Thrones characters. The views get better the further you go and there is plenty to enjoy for all dogs. Do not be surprised if the occasional bat flies out of the cave entrance.

Full Walk Details

From the parking area, follow the black waymarkers to walk along forest paths. You will see a gravel track which will lead you to the viewing platform for Pollnagollum Cave and its waterfall, which will be familiar to fans of Game of Thrones. Keep on following the forest paths, they do start to head uphill but the views over the loughs and mountains are wonderful. Return the same way to return to your car when ready. One word of warning, the waymarked route can be hard to spot, so be sure to remember your way back to the parking area.
