Cadbury Castle dog walk and dog-friendly pub, Somerset
Description
There isn't a castle but legend says that this was the site of Arthur's Camelot. Whether this is true or not it is the site of an iron age hill fort. A great place to walk with wonderful views of Somerset as far as glastonbury tor.

Lovely in summer but can get very muddy after even a little rain and the path is quite steep and slippery. Watch out too for the cows that graze around the top.

Smashing walk with dogs and a dog friendly pub with awesome food
Went in February and was a little muddy - but it had been raining for three days so to be expected. What wasn't expected was the incredible welcome we had at the pub at the base of the hill, dog hosepipe, towels, treats, dog beds, apparently in summer there's a doggy pool in the garden. Food also happened to be amazing with home made Pawsecco for my 3.
