Edited: 27th November 2018

Queenswood Country Park dog walks, Herefordshire

A country park with some really well thought out trails, including a very fun Gruffalo Trail for kids. Well equipped for parking, facilities and snacks. Every dogs' delight for walkies.

Dogs need to be on leads in the picnic area, by the car park, and around the visitor centre.

There's a free poo bag dispenser by the WCs, and plenty of bins to put them in.

Licensed cafe with snacks, hot meals, ice creams.

Electric mobility vehicles. Three vehicles are available for hire  - to book them please contact the Tourist Information Centre. Tel. 01568 797842 (01432 260073 when TIC closed ).

Check the website link before visiting to find out when the cafe is open.

You'll find several marked paths starting from the car park, and the Badger Trail is a good starting point at just one mile - and with plenty of places for dogs to chill and snuffle in the woodland.

The Fox and Deer trails are a bit longer.
