There's 900 acres of parkland at Shugborough, and this is now in the hands of the National Trust.  Ideal for a family visit and on-lead dog walk, but there's much better romping for active dogs in nearby Cannock Chase if historical houses don't excite.

Full Walk Details

Signed walks are easy to find, and there's plenty of space. Dogs should be on-lead everywhere because of deer and grazing stock.
