GPS coords for car park: 50.9441, -3.2213  There are tourist signs also.  Map marker positioned at entrance to National Trust car park for Wellington Monument

Full Walk Details

Head down the tree-lined avenue rom the car park and this brings you directly to the Wellington Monument, erected after the Battle of Waterloo.  Bear right from the grassy obelisk surround and head down into the woods.  Bear left at a waymarker close to the bottom of the slope.  At a farm gate bear left and uphill.  Keep going until you're back at the monument.  The woodland path can get muddy after rainfall.
