Dog-friendly village pub on the River Ems. Look out for the changing cartoons by a well-known chap on the blackboard.

An old coaching inn on an 'old' road isn't that unusual, but this one has a medieval pedestrianised bridge to go with it. Lovely. Don't mess with the geese, they have a powerful nip!
A woodland dog walk within seconds of the A27. On warm, sunny days the pub garden welcomes dogs.
Lovely out of the way village, with a fine dining pub and the chance to explore part of Charlton Forest with the dog.
Popular and dog-friendly pub that's as close to a modern-style coaching inn as you can get. Open long hours and we watched in astonishment as people and dogs just pawed in before 11 in the morning!
Fun dog walk in a swampy (in a good way) private wood and then a short drive back to a welcoming and dog-friendly pub.
Very dog-welcoming dining pub with outstanding views over the valley below, and a pretty garden in summer. Look out for the hound in residence peering through the windows, he's a real character!
The walk here is really easy and lovely for dogs.
This pretty pub can claim to be the oldest in the New Forest. It is small but cosy and dogs will enjoy relaxing here. The walk is not long but easy and gentle on the paws.
A friendly and relaxed black and white timbered pub in the Test Valley near Stockbridge.
Tiny village with an enormous village green, dog-friendly pub and some excellent walking.
A happy rural pub with camping in summer, and close to the A350.
