A gloriously rambling Victorian pub, almost hidden under some rampant wisteria. Dogs are welcome and there's a pretty shaded garden for hot days.
Stunning 600-year old building, complete with priesthole, witch marks and incredible timbers. It's dog-friendly of course, and well worth a visit just to soak in the atmosphere.
