Grand dog walking space, with lots of paths and pure doggy delight.
A nature reserve within sniff and sound of the sea, and lots of grass for sand-sore doggie paws. It's close to the A16 and the start of the coast road heading south.
Interesting dog walk on a former railway line between New Mills and Hayfield. You can get lots more info about the railway in the Heritage Centre at New Mills.
One of the better southbound motorway services for dogs, with a reasonable amount of grass and also a small lake. A useful stop for caravans needing easy parking.

This dog walk, to the west of Chesterfield, has no sheep, roads or stiles. It is partially accessible for wheelchair users on the hard surfaced, but not flat, path section.
