An ideal spot for a dog walk, with no faffing around - just straight onto the Thames Path and you're set to walk for miles with no stiles, cows or roads to cross.
Benhall Park is only a few mins from junction 11 of the M5, with local shops, supermarket and pub nearby.
Beautiful wide open space with the River Eden flowing through. Great beach for the dogs to go swimming. Stopped here while travelling up to Scotland. There is a monument here too.
Plenty of dog walking here, and if you're taking a break on a journey please allow extra time for enthusiasm. It's hard to tear yourself away from the big open spaces.
A useful walking space in the city, with activities for families and dogwalkers. The woodland, with oaks, walnut and sweet chestnut trees is lovely. Some areas are off-limits to dogs.
