Hathersage is one of the great outdoor centres in the Peak District. This hotel is a great place to stay with your dog and there are lots of other dog-friendly pubs to enjoy too.
East to reach from the A40 Burford roundabout, and by far the easiest way to escape the tourist traffic of this hugely popular Cotswold town.

More of a hotel than a pub but you won't get a warmer, friendlier welcome anywhere else. The village is extraordinarily pretty and there are loads of great walks to enjoy in the area.
