GPS coords for beach access: 53.9792, -0.1999 Mr Moo's has a car park and cafe with great ice creams.
Walk
The walk is on the beach. Watch the tides as access points from the villages are constantly changing because of rock slides and erosion. When you drive along the coast you'll see a number of road closures where the road has just disappeared.
