Dog-friendly pub near East Peckham, Kent
Can you imagine that there's been an inn on this site since 1588 - the year of the Armada? The river Bourne runs beside the pub, good for summer cooling.

Well-hidden rural pub that made Jem happy from the start with a barrell of dog water at the entrance.
Originally a waterside farmhouse near Burton upon Trent, this is now a warm and welcoming dog-friendly country inn and hotel, on the banks of the river Trent. Very handy for a break from your journey.
Black and white timbered slice of history, right opposite the Abbey and lovely for a tea/coffee as well as meals. Dogs welcome in the bar and there's also dog-friendly accommodation.
A smart pub with boutique accommodation, and dog-friendly too. If your dog has a nose for the finer things in life, then check this one out. South of Stratford on Avon
After a long drive up to this stage of my journey, needed to find a place to eat. But first a walk in the park by the west end car park. Jack loved the park, next to the sea Loch.
A lovely river walk with dog friendly pub in the village. Park on Station rd before the railway bridge when heading south. Take the path down to the river.
Lovely family run pub and shop . Welcome dogs and lots of "meat " treats given to your pooch whilst you're eating Sunday dinner .
Large, popular pub and dogs are welcome.
Outside of the dog-friendly pub looks like a postcard, it's old, thatched and really lovely. Inside it's welcoming and friendly.
Amazing! You'll struggle to find a better place to eat, drink or sleep while in the area. The inn has a hotel attached which is also dog friendly- booking early is required.
Lovely old pub, dog-friendly of course, and within a shout of the coast path. Lots to do and see and plenty of paths to explore if you're staying in the area.
