Traditional pub with a garden for hearty pub fare and real ale, plus a campsite. Really close to the M20 Jct 11. Friendly people, and it's also very close to channel crossing points.
Dog friendly shingle beach, when the tide is out rockpools and sand is exposed which is great for walking the dogs.
Beach accessed down steep pathway from parking on Wear Bay Road near Folkestone harbour. Its sandy at low tide and can be walked at high tide using the concrete walkway below the cliffs.
