Glorious walking in a far corner of Windsor Great Park. The lake is lovely, and it's been used in the Harry Potter films - and the village nearby is home to many celebrity dog owners!
An easy dog walk along the towpath, with the benefit of lots of kids' activities at the start. Pedalo and canoe hire is available, and the atmosphere is relaxed and laid back.

We loved this walk, and the chance to walk alongside a vineyard made this feel more like the Champagne region than Godalming.
The dog walk here is ideal for a doggie splash in hot weather, and it's popular with local dog walkers. Refreshments and facilities at the pub are good.

Dogs are allowed throughout the pub and dining areas, with huge dog biscuits handed out on arrival. In the warmer months there are several outdoor areas to enjoy, with plenty of water bowls available.
It is amazing that dogs are allowed anywhere near this very foody pub, but happily Fido will be made very welcome. There is also an easy walk nearby.
