Rise and Shine and join St Elizabeth Hospice for an early morning fundraising event!

Join St Elizabeth Hospice for an early morning Rise and Shine walk or run and take in the beautiful surroundings of Fritton Lake in between Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. The brand new event on Sunday 16th September includes a two mile walk which is suitable if you have a dog.

Dogs aren't normally allowed on Fritton Lake, but on this occasion, the Lake's owners are allowing dogs, provided they are kept on leads. Registration for the two mile is from 8.30am, but you can still participate if you can't make the start time.

Registration is £10 for all participants, under 13s are free. Walkers are asked to raise sponsorship for the Hospice, which relies on the generosity of the local community to raise the majority of its running costs and to continue to provide services free of charge. Online registration is now open or people can sign up by requesting a registration form.
