Mow Cop Castle dog walk, Cheshire At Mow Cop, the folly gives you 360-degree views of the Staffordshire moorlands and the Cheshire Plain. The dogs love it here.
Walton-on-the-Naze dog-friendly beach, Essex Sandy dog-friendly beach within easy reach of shops, cafes and facilities. There are seasonal dog restrictions, but the area by Naze Tower is good all year round.

Bispham dog-friendly beach Blackpool, Lancashire A locals beach a couple of miles along the promenade from Blackpool Tower and Piers. Dog friendly all year round but subject to tides (sea comes right up to sea wall at high tide).
Abersoch dog friendly beach, Gwynedd, Wales There are three beaches at Abersoch and the town beach (by the harbour) has dog restrictions in summer, so avoid this with your dog.
