Beach is good for dogs all year round. Head for the west side, past the old hospital. There's also free parking at this side.

Delightful walk along a broad waterside path.

An interesting and unusual walking spot with the chance to walk to the site of an ancient fort, or to simply stroll and enjoy the outstanding Shropshire countryside.
Welcome to Norm's Inn and some genuine old-school hospitality. And a brewery too.
