Old Moor Woods dog walk, Nottinghamshire Owned and managed by the Woodland Trust, this gorgeous woods is a must visit! Located near Strelley Hall, it is massively popular in spring when it's blanketed in English & Spanish bluebells.
Secret valley dog walks, Worcestershire Very popular with local dog owners, this nature reserve seems to enjoy its own micro-climate. The paths are sandy and easy-going all year round (even in heavy rain when we took the photos).
Rycote dog walk and historic chapel, Oxfordshire An easy walk across open farmland on a section of the Oxford Way towards a tiny 15th century chapel. In wet weather the fields get muddy and you'll need wellies. On a dry summer's day it's a delight.
Gammon Head dog-friendly Beach, Devon Rocky beach on the south west coastal path, and no restrictions on dogs. There aren't any facilities on the beach, and it's a steepish drive on a narrow lane down to it by car.

Pen-y-Fan dog walk near Newbridge, Wales Country park that's great for a dog walk, with no sheep, stiles or steep hills. Pleasant family atmosphere, and ideal for gentle ambling. The ponds are reservoirs for topping up the canals.
