Few places better than a crumbling ruin for a thoughtful moment of walkies with Fido. This was once home to a large community of White Canons, until Henry VIII dissolved the monasteries.

Started here at The Abbey & walked about a mile to a converted station along the river which was well signed. Coffee shops toilets quaint little independent shops all under cover. Continued a loop back to Easby again well signposted. A really nice hour.
