Quaint, curious and comfortable 300 year old dog-friendly pub, with a fab log fire in the winter. Also known as the 'pub with no bar'. It's a bit of a Marmite pub - some people love it, others don't - so see what you think!
Camping possible behind the pub in summer.
We stumbled onto a circular route around the village. Turn right from the pub and then turn right onto a bridleway. Take the first right turn onto a footpath. Take the next right and you're back in the village. Turn right to return to the pub.
Longer versions are possible if you feel like exploring, and all the paths seem to go round in a circle.
