Find the perfect dog walk on your journey - Driving with Dogs

Edited: 26th March 2020

Corrieshalloch Gorge dog walk, Scotland

This is a breathtaking place to visit, especially after rain when the river thunders over the Falls of Measach. The views from the suspension bridge are breathtaking, and the walking is good too.

Free parking, with a contribute and conserve machine. Interpretation boards.

This is a glorious place to visit for views of the waterfall alone. The best place to view the falls and gorge is from the suspension bridge but be warned, it does sway a bit. There are great views of the valley from a viewing platform too.

If this wasn't enough, there is also a circular path called Lady Fowler's walk to follow.

The site is wheelchair accessible, but some of the slopes are steep. An easier option is to make your way to a bench which enjoys excellent views of Loch Broom and the surrounding area.
