Description
Warm and welcoming dog-friendly pub with good food. Fantastic place to use as a walking destination (or even a base). New owners took over last year (2023) and have kept it as dog-friendly as before, and made some improvements too.

You're right in the middle of the lakes here, with walks in every direction. Ambleside isn't far away if you need to buy an OS map!
