Walk
You'll spot a Public Footpath sign at the entrance to the car park / Rosemary Lane. Walk along the access lane to a few houses and then stay in the same direction when the tarmac runs out and the path carries on over fields and as far as Frating Abbey Farm Road, a quiet country lane. It will take you about 15 minutes each way, just right for a doggie leg stretch.
