A woodland with several walks - some harder paths, some more rugged paths through the woodlands where more clambering is required.
This is the main carpark, the others you access from a road inside the village of London Apprentice. Disabled access along the packed paths, possibly only in summer though. Gates are big farm style ones, not narrow walkways.
Several paths through the woods, from this carpark there are walks both sides along the river bank which are hard packed gravel, there's also walks into the woods with are mud paths (wellies recommended in winter)

Excellent ramble for all the family
The footpaths / cycle routes are well signed. For the longer and more exciting walk, park at the car park near the industrial units.
The terrain is rough with some muddy bits even during dry weather, however, it is worth the trek.
Prior to the wooden walk looping back onto the river bank, there is a children's play consisting of rope swing and climbing frame.
